You're equal parts performer, producer, and editor. We'll give you the brand, the brief, and the gear — you turn it into 30 seconds of video that someone actually watches to the end. Iteration speed matters more than production polish.
You'll work with our content strategist and paid-ads team to tie every piece to a real KPI: views, saves, profile visits, click-throughs. If you've grown a TikTok or Reels account from zero, even better — we want to learn from your reps as much as you learn from ours.
- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit 15–60 second videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Appear on camera when the brief calls for it — face, voiceover, or both.
- Edit on CapCut / Premiere with sharp pacing, captions, and hook-first structure.
- Spot trending audio, formats, and hooks early and adapt them to each brand.
- Brief and direct external talent or clients when they need to appear on screen.
- Publish on schedule across multiple brand accounts and respond to engagement.
- Report weekly on views, watch-time, saves, and what to test next.
- 1+ year of UGC, social video, or short-form content creation experience.
- Comfortable on camera — natural delivery, clear voice, willing to do multiple takes.
- Strong portfolio of published TikTok / Reels / Shorts (links to your own or client accounts).
- Fluent in CapCut and at least one of Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of platform algorithms, trending audio, and hook-first structure.
- Comfortable shooting on iPhone — knows when "good enough" beats "broadcast quality".
- Bilingual Arabic-English — confident scripting and on-camera delivery in both.
- Nice to have: experience with paid-ads creative testing, livestream selling, or affiliate UGC.
