About the role

We're hiring a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes visual craft. You'll work alongside our brand strategists, art directors, and developers to ship campaigns, identity systems, social content, and product visuals for clients across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the GCC.

This isn't a "make-it-pretty" role. We expect you to understand the brief, push back when ideas don't serve the user, and own the design from the first sketch to the final export. If you treat every pixel like it matters and care about the difference between "good" and "right" — you'll fit here.

You'll report to the Art Director and have direct access to founders, clients, and the wider creative team. We move fast, ship often, and protect quality.

What you'll do
  • Design end-to-end brand identities (logo, colour system, typography, brand guidelines).
  • Produce visual content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) under fast turnaround timelines.
  • Design marketing landing pages and UI assets in close collaboration with UI/UX and engineering.
  • Create print collateral (brochures, presentations, product packaging) ready for production.
  • Build reusable templates and contribute to the agency's central design-asset library.
  • Take part in creative brainstorming sessions and pitch visual directions to clients.
  • Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint for each client engagement.
  • Review junior designers' work and give constructive, craft-focused feedback when needed.
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range across identity, digital, print, and social content.
  • Sharp instincts for typography, layout, hierarchy, and colour theory.
  • Ability to design in both Arabic and English with full awareness of RTL specifics.
  • Strong time-management — comfortable juggling several projects in parallel.
  • Solid written and spoken English for client communication and briefs.
  • Open to feedback and willing to iterate on ideas until they're right.
  • Nice to have: motion graphics fundamentals (After Effects), packaging or print finishing experience, web design exposure.
What you'll get
  • Competitive salary, calibrated to your experience and portfolio.
  • Hybrid work model (office + remote) with flexible working hours.
  • Annual professional-development budget (Adobe / Figma courses, design conferences).
  • Clear path to Senior Designer or Art Director within 12–18 months.
  • Small, fast-moving team — no bureaucracy, your ideas reach decision-makers directly.
