The challenge
Spare Zone sells genuine parts for luxury cars. Customers come looking for a specific part by VIN or model — and the default Shopify experience doesn't serve that kind of precision lookup.
The solution
We built a Shopify theme with a cinematic feel — hero video of a BMW headlight, gold-on-black tagline, prominent "Shop Now" CTA. We added:
- Multi-step finder: brand → model → year → category
- VIN lookup that returns compatible parts
- Klaviyo flows for cart-abandonment retargeting
- GSAP scroll animations on key pages
The numbers
- Conversion rate +185% in the first 60 days
- Average session 4.2 → 11.6 minutes
- Paid-ads revenue +340% thanks to per-make landing pages
