1. Agreement

By accessing or using Tarawud's website, services, or platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using our services.

These terms apply to every visitor, customer, contractor, and partner who interacts with Tarawud — whether you're browsing the website, signing a contract, or integrating with one of our products.

2. Services

Tarawud is a full-service digital agency. We design, build, and maintain websites, mobile apps, AI solutions, e-commerce platforms, and ERP systems. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties before work begins.

3. Payment

  • Project work: 50% deposit on signing, 50% on delivery (or as detailed in the SOW).
  • Retainers: Invoiced monthly in advance.
  • Late payments: Invoices unpaid after 14 days incur a 2% monthly fee.
  • Currency: All invoices are in USD or SAR unless otherwise specified.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project transfer to you fully. We retain the right to:

  • Showcase the work in our portfolio (unless covered by an NDA)
  • Reuse generic frameworks, components, and tooling we've built before your engagement

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share trade secrets, internal data, or unreleased product details with third parties without written consent. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

6. Liability

Tarawud's total liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You're billed for all work completed up to the termination date plus any non-refundable third-party costs already committed (hosting, licenses, ad spend, etc.).

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email to active clients and posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt for contracts signed from our Bani Suef office, and by Saudi Arabian law for contracts signed under our Saudi entity. Any dispute will be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction's courts.
