The Challenge
Piccadilly, the Kuwait retailer of the heritage Argentine footwear brand, was running on a dated, template-heavy platform. The catalog was rich — sandals, sneakers, flats, heels, slippers, bags, a dedicated Flight Attendants line, new arrivals and sale — but the shopping experience felt generic, slow, and hard to navigate in Arabic. For a fashion brand, the storefront wasn't doing the product justice.
The Solution
We designed and engineered a modern storefront rebuild on a fast React + TypeScript + Vite stack, Arabic-first and fully bilingual (AR/EN) with seamless RTL/LTR switching. The architecture supports the full multi-currency Gulf footprint — KWD, USD, AED, SAR, QAR, BHD and OMR — so shoppers see prices in their own currency from the first tap.
The design rebuilds the category system (sandals, women's shoes, sports, flats, heels, slippers, bags, Flight Attendants, new arrivals, sale) into a clean, fast-loading grid, with wishlist, cart, account, and a WhatsApp-first support path that matches how Kuwaiti shoppers actually buy. The result is a snappier, more premium experience that puts the footwear front and center.
The Results
The rebuild concept turns a generic template store into a fast, fashion-grade shopping experience built for the Gulf market — bilingual, multi-currency, and mobile-first. The modern front-end stack cuts load times and gives the brand a storefront that finally matches the quality of the products on the shelves.
