Arkeed — Cleaning Company Management System

The challenge

Cleaning companies in Iraq run a logistics-heavy operation — teams of cleaners, recurring customer visits, subscription packages, and a constant flow of revenue and expenses — and most of it lives across paper, spreadsheets and WhatsApp. That makes scheduling unreliable, worker accountability hard to track, and the financial picture impossible to see in real time. The brief was to replace the scattered tools with one system that an operations manager could run a whole company from.

The solution

We built Arkeed as a single Arabic-first control room for the business. A scheduling module plans recurring visits and shows monthly visit statistics at a glance; a worker-management module tracks the cleaning crews, their assignments and status; and customer and package modules hold subscriptions, pricing and history. Financial modules pull revenue, expenses and sales into clear reports, so the owner sees the health of the company without chasing numbers. Role-based access keeps each user — manager, supervisor, accountant — inside their own remit, and the whole interface is built right-to-left for native Arabic use.
