The Challenge
Egypt's real estate market — especially outside the major capitals — ran on informal listings, opaque pricing, and low trust. Buyers, renters, and investors had no Arabic-first marketplace that combined development, marketing, engineering, and investment under one transparent, modern brand. Domeera set out to redefine confidence in property decisions, starting with a Beni Suef-focused MVP and a MENA-wide ambition.
The Solution
We designed and built Domeera as an integrated Arabic real estate marketplace spanning five verticals: rent, sale, buy requests, finishing services, and investment. The product leads with a bold, monochrome editorial identity — "real estate that redefines trust" — that deliberately breaks from the loud, cluttered look of typical property portals.
The platform showcases curated projects (residential compounds, mega-infrastructure like high-speed rail corridors, and development plays) alongside a clear services architecture: real estate development, real estate marketing, and 3D engineering and design. Built on a modern front-end stack (React, Vite, Tailwind, Zustand, React Query) with a company dashboard and admin system, Domeera is engineered to scale from one city to a regional network.
The Results
Domeera launches as a confident, design-led alternative in a category dominated by cluttered classifieds. Its Arabic-first, trust-driven positioning and clean monochrome system give it a premium feel that signals seriousness to buyers and investors alike. The five-vertical structure turns a simple listings site into a full property ecosystem — covering the entire journey from finding a home, to financing it, to finishing it.
