## About the role
Video is where attention lives. As a Video Creator at Tarawud, you'll produce short-form and promotional content that stops the scroll — for our brand and for clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf.
You'll handle the full cycle: idea, shoot, edit, deliver. If you're the kind of person who notices bad pacing in someone else's Reel, you'll fit here.
## What you'll do
- Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, and short-form vertical content - Produce promotional videos, product demos, and brand films - Handle color grading, sound design, subtitles, and final delivery specs per platform - Create motion graphics and animated elements to support campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team on concepts, scripts, and storyboards - Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and asset archives - Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form cuts
## Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in video editing and content creation - Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects - Practical shooting experience — camera or mobile — with a sense for framing and lighting - A reel or portfolio showing short-form work that actually performed - Understanding of platform-specific formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and what works on each - Able to add and time Arabic and English subtitles cleanly - Fast turnaround without dropping quality
## Nice to have
- DaVinci Resolve for color grading - 3D or advanced motion design skills - Audio recording and mixing experience
