About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who thinks in numbers as much as in ideas.
At Tarawud, you'll own campaigns end to end β from strategy and content to media buying and reporting β for our own brand and for clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf. This is a hands-on role. You won't be writing decks about marketing; you'll be running it.
What you'll do
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) Build content plans and write copy in Arabic and English for social, ads, and landing pages Manage client social media accounts: planning, scheduling, publishing, and community management Track performance β CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS β and optimize campaigns based on real data Prepare monthly performance reports and present results to clients Coordinate with designers and video creators to brief and review creative assets Research audiences, competitors, and market trends to sharpen positioning
Requirements
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally agency-side Practical experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads with real budgets Strong copywriting in Arabic; solid written English Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics Able to read a dashboard and explain what the numbers actually mean Organized enough to handle multiple client accounts at once Strong communication and client-facing skills
