About the role
You'll own the content calendar: research the audience, build the angle, write the draft, and ship it with the design team. Expect to write across formats — from a 300-word LinkedIn post to a 1,500-word SEO article — and own the metrics that prove it worked.
We're not looking for a "posts machine." We want someone who reads the brand strategy, asks sharp questions, and treats the editorial calendar like a product roadmap.
What you'll do
- Plan and own a monthly editorial calendar across blog, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email.
- Write long-form articles (SEO-targeted) and short-form social copy in Arabic and English.
- Develop content angles from a brand brief and translate them into a publishing plan.
- Brief designers/illustrators with clear scripts, hooks, and references.
- Optimise existing content for SEO, readability, and conversion.
- Coordinate with the social and paid-ads team to repurpose content across channels.
- Track performance (impressions, CTR, conversions) and iterate on what wins.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of professional content creation experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Native-quality writing in Arabic and strong working English.
- Portfolio with at least 5 published pieces across different formats.
- Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimisation, internal linking).
- Comfort with content tools: Notion, Google Docs, Grammarly, Ahrefs/Semrush basics.
- Editorial judgement — knows when to cut, when to expand, and when to push back on a brief.
- Curiosity about brand strategy, performance marketing, and the GCC market.
- Nice to have: experience with newsletters, podcasts, or short-form video scripts.
What you'll get
- Competitive salary, calibrated to your experience and portfolio.
- Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family.
- Hybrid work model (office + remote) with flexible working hours.
- Annual professional-development budget (courses, conferences, tools).
- Modern equipment (MacBook Pro or equivalent based on your role).
- Clear progression path tied to measurable craft and outcomes.
- Work on serious projects for serious brands across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Small, fast-moving team — no bureaucracy, ideas reach decision-makers directly.
